Professional Experience

Maria do Carmo is a qualified lawyer, registered with the Portuguese Bar Association since 2022, and has been a member of the Paxlegal team since January 2025.

She earned her Law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon in 2018 and completed her internship with the Portuguese Bar Association at Amaral Cabral & Associados.

Throughout her professional career, she has gained diverse experience in the legal sector, having worked in various law firms, including Macedo Vitorino & Associados and Vieira de Almeida & Associados, where she most recently worked in Business Development.

Currently, she focuses primarily on Employment Law, while also providing support in other legal areas.

Academic Background

Maria do Carmo holds a Law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon (2018).
