Marta Ivanchyshyn, Rita Correia Nunes and Murillo Costa Sanches have been promoted to Senior Associates, taking on an enhanced role in the handling of complex matters and in the direct management of client relationships, in line with the sustained growth of the firm’s practice.

Emellin Oliveira joins the partnership as a Salaried Partner, assuming leadership of the Human Rights practice. Her appointment reflects Paxlegal’s positioning in the areas of immigration, asylum, nationality and human rights litigation, which are of increasing relevance in the international context.

These developments strengthen the firm’s internal structure and its ability to handle cross-border mandates, consolidating a team with strong technical expertise, international experience and a client-focused approach.
