FLASH NEWS | Performance of acts through videoconference

Decree-Law 126/2021 of December 30 establishes the temporary legal regime applicable to the performance, through videoconferencing, of authentic acts, terms of authentication of private documents and notharization. This regime comes into effect on April 4, 2022 and will remain in force for two years.
