OBTAINING SIMPLIFIED BUILDING INFORMATION ONLINE

On August 30, 2023, Ministerial Order no. 272/2023 was published in the Official Gazette, amending for the second time the Ministerial Order no. 54/2011, of January 28, which created the service of providing online non-certified information on the description of the building and the identification of the owner, known as simplified building information.
Ordinance 54/2011 of January 28 established the payment of a fee of €6.00 (six euros) for each building in order to obtain simplified building information online.
With the publication of Ordinance no. 272/2023, of August 30, 2023, which comes into force on September 1, 2023, a fee of €1.00 (one euro) will be payable for each building to subscribe to the simplified land information service, obtained online.
