Professional Experience

João has been a Trainee Lawyer at PaxLegal since September 2025.

He graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon (2024).

He completed a short-term internship at Gomes, Portugal & Associados (2024).

Throughout his professional path, he has gained diverse experience in the financial sector, having collaborated with several banking and actuarial institutions.

Academic Background

João holds a Law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon (2024).

He is currently attending the Specialisation Course of the Master’s in Law and Legal Science, specialising in Fundamental Rights, also at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon (2024).

He has attended the Programme in Urban Planning and Land Use Law at the Institute of Legal and Political Sciences of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon – Lisbon Public Law (2024).

He holds an Executive Master in Management, with a specialisation in Marketing, from Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics (2018).

He also completed the Banking Commercial Assistant Course at the Banking Training Institute – Portuguese Banking Association (2009).
